Stripe Science (sort of)
The Inspiration Yarn: Regia Canadian Colors (and finally I got my grubby hands on this one skein of Alberta!)

The Hypothesis: More elaborate stripe patterns can be pre-planned (by a not-so-scientific, not so math-y gal).

The Timid Testing Phase: Some random Patons Wool & Kool-Aid

Test Phase 2: Did it work?

The ‘Lab’ Results: Yummy!

Conclusion: Warning! Yarn accumulation ahead.

Ok that’s it. I want some. Do you do custom orders? Would you swap? Would you like one of my cats? My first born? yah, you’re right, it’s just yarn….but still…

Beautiful dyeing job and love the stripes sweetie! I ordered some more Regia yarn and just bought my short skinny needles for them. Regia is so really skinny yarn.

Great colors! Am I delirious or did you say you dyed all of them with kool-aid?!? if so, how did you get the brown? and do you have any tips on dyeing with kool-aid? I am trying it this weekend.
