PomPom Puke…
I haven’t made my own pom-poms since I was like 8—back then it was to tie to the tops of my brand new crisp white roller skates (yes skates, it was the 80s, give me a break :/ ) But this hat definitely required some, so after making a huge mess, my new mittens and matching hat are finished.
I think they turned out pretty cute, now if only we’d have a little snow….. (I can’t believe I just typed that). Anyway.
I’ve just been sitting around patiently awaiting the arrival of my just-ordered Rowan 38, so I can turn this lovely pile of yarn into an Electra vest….
Why do I insist on buying the yarn before I have the damn pattern?

Heh, I’ve been saying it since I bought my damn Jeep in August! And it STILL hasn’t happened! I’m starting to think we in the Northeast are in for one of those “weird” winters where Winter doesn’t come until Springtime…and then we will get like 50 feet of snow in April and May:)
