completed Jude

Well, here is the finished Jude. Sort of a half success.

Jude

I’m really happy with the fit of the body—it has decent waist shaping and doesn’t feel too bulky. The arms, despite having frogged them once and gone down to the smallest size, still have a slight ‘bulky feel’ that I’m not sure I like (I still may frog and re-knit them smaller with my own modifications). All in all, I learned alot about tailoring pattern sizes for length and shaping for the kind of fit I like, and about some of the perils of really bulky weight yarns. Not a super success, but I’m sorta pleased with my very first sweater attempt.
